Return & Refund Policy – Cash on Delivery Orders

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • All refunds are processed exclusively via digital wallet or Instapay.

  • Once the return is processed, the refund will be credited directly to the customer’s digital wallet.

  • Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Important Delivery Information

  • A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.

  • All packages are insured during transit from Sekem.com to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once signed for, the package is no longer insured by Sekem.

  • We ship using R2S and Egypt Express within Egypt.

  • Estimated delivery times are guidelines only, starting from the dispatch date. Sekem is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other external factors.

  • Sekem reserves the right to apply additional shipping charges for deliveries to remote areas.

Cancellations & Returns

  • To cancel an order or request a return, please visit our Contact page and follow the instructions to submit your request.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it must be received first before the return process can be initiated.

  • All refunds after shipment will be processed electronically only via digital wallet or Instapay.
