Business Days

  • Our official business days are Sunday to Thursday.

  • Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays in Egypt are considered non-working days for Sekem and our shipping partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only during our official business days and hours.

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Cairo and Alexandria: Typically 1–3 business days.

  • Other governorates: Delivery times may vary depending on location and local conditions.

  • Delivery may be affected during peak seasons, promotional periods, or operational constraints.

Proof of Delivery

  • A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Any person present at the delivery address who signs for the order is considered authorized to receive it.

If Delivery is Unsuccessful

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, our team will contact you to reschedule delivery.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, Sekem reserves the right to cancel the order.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Sekem is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

  • Requests to cancel an order after shipment must be handled through our return process after receiving the order.
