Uses:

• For sleep disturbances (insomnia), anxiety, and nervous tension.

• Also used in mild to moderate depressive-anxiety states and for hot flashes due to menopause.

Active Ingredients:
Herbal extracts including Hypericum perforatum 100 mg (St. John’s Wort) and Valeriana officinalis 160 mg (Valerian root).

Two tablets taken about one hour before bedtime.
